Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Highland Ridge realizes that your pets are important members of the family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
